Another victim of Rapist’s bogus claims
In here I would like to rely on a story of Dentist, Dr. Leonard Morse, which the Ugly Jew Eliot Spitzer pressed charges against in 2006 in order to appear in newspapers as «state money protector» who discovered Medicaid frauds. The Jew Monster ruined the life and career of hard working law-abiding respected dentist Dr. Morse.
He was charged with medicaid fraud. As dr. Morse was one of the largest billers in the state, it caught Monster’s attention who was an Attorney General at that time and he was running for Governor.
Trying to make a name for himself, trying to show that he was tough on «crimes» all of a sudden, Dr. Morse was charged on $1M lawsuit by Spitzer, who announced in press release of pressing charges against poor dentist. Dr. Morse was on bail, went out from jail and was able to fight for his case from outside. Later, in 2016 Dr. Morse won $7.7M civil case against the city, where the prosecutors could not find any evidence of him of «stealing» «fraud» and etc. On a trial, the government could not bring any patients of Dr. Morse, but they instead brought as witnesses other doctor’s patients (why?) which Dr. Morse did not even cured. The firm won the case easily and he got his name back. A prosecutor of his case was alleged to the fabricated evidence.
«What Spitzer was looking for was a big headline. He wanted a Million dollar theft, so before you could really say somebody stole a million dollars, you would have to have a doctor’s office billing for a large amount of money»
Hyper stress, uber stress
John Fusto – the main prosecutor and Jose Castillo – the main auditor of the case were found by the jury that both of them were intentionally and knowingly lying and created fabricated evidence, used that evidence to prosecute Dr. Morse. According to Morse, in one instance, three patients who shared the same surname were grouped together by the investigators to make it appear as if one patient was being overly billed. -«He said he has nothing to do with it» – said Dr. Morse. -«What Spitzer was looking for was a big headline. He wanted a Million dollar theft, so before you could really say somebody stole a million dollars, you would have to have a doctor’s office billing for a large amount of money» The doctor describes his feelings as «Hyper stress, uber stress. If somebody googled my name, the first story they would see that I’m a theft» A lot of time he felt hopeless, if somebody as an authority figure like Eliot Spitzer says you did that, everybody is basically is going to believe that. All the time I was under B felony which means 25 years of mandatory jail sentence, so there were no negotiations whats so ever. It was beyond belief that they made fake patient with $2300 bill that I had never seen. It just blew my mind.»
Answering the question about what Dr. Morse would like to hear from Spitzer, he said «I think he should apologise. He was a captain of the ship and the ship, his fingerprints were all over it. I think he should be embarrassed. He knew exactly what he was doing and I don’t see how a person like that could sleep at night, knowing he sending an innocent person to jail for 25 years straight.»
While Spitzer got his team of the guys who previously worked as waiters for $15 per hour and a long-long-distance truck driver, Spitzer knew he could influence them and actually make them up lied and false statements.
The photo of this article I found at one newspaper that discovered that Leonard with his wife live for over two years on 75th floor at 8 Spruce Street, one of the highest resedentials of around the globe. The view is amazing over there, I bet! Their other claim was against the lanlord, who’s team broke some glass art pieces while the couple was on vacation at Portugal, one of the most beautiful cities I had been to. Dr. Leo, I’m so happy for you! I know the Monster didn’t deserve even a minute of your attention to his side, but he is psychotic, anti-social, never-loved and sick man, I hope your journey with his is over now!
