What kind of therapy do you do?

My goal is to help you develop a way of thinking and living in the world that really takes into consideration all parts of you, all of your layers, and to teach you how to make the lasting changes necessary to live a conscious, engaged, fulfilled life. I want everyone who wants to be free of their negative past experience to feel support, to feel strong, to feel like they can do anything they want to do; they can express themselves the way they want to and not being afraid of anyone.

Who do you work with?

I work with both, women and men.

Do I need to be prepared with anything for my first visit?

There is nothing you need to bring or prepare, unless the act of preparing what you want to discuss helps you to feel organized or in control, but this is not necessary. If you have questions about my practice or your therapy, I am happy to answer them in session if they were not addressed prior to the session.

How long will my treatment last?

It’s a great question - actually it depends on you only. I help you to develop your unique qualities of your personality that will help you later in life without a constant need of the therapist.

I offer 2 hours consultation

I am very embarrassed about what I need to discuss. What should I do?

This is quite common at the start of therapy. If you haven’t received much support from your support network, with regard to what you are struggling with, you might be more likely to struggle at the start of therapy with shame, guilt, or embarrassment. Please know that the therapeutic environment I create is one of non-judgment, safety, and acceptance.

How often are the sessions?

That really depends on the acuteness of your emotional pain, the nature of the identified problems to work on and the timeline for how fast you want to reach your goals. Sometimes it’s 2-3 per week, but usually it’s once per week.

Who do you help?

I help dynamic, intelligent, driven people who are struggling to translate their academic or career success into relationship or personal life success, whether in dating, marriage, building a family, assimilating into parenthood, life transition, or just overall day-to-day happiness. I also help those who had trauma-related PTSD.

How is the client charged?

Clients are responsible for payment at the time of the session. Paypal/Credit Card/Personal Check is preferred.

What to do in the therapy?

You can prepare topics/questions you would like to discuss, but it’s not necessary. I recommend three or four sessions to see if I can be helpful. The initial appointments are often a little different from later sessions since they involve a lot of assessment. And it takes time to get to know each other and establish some rapport. But, if initial discomfort is high, you think I am not going to be helpful to you, or there is a mismatch in personalities, I don’t think I would be helpful even a second time.

I want a completely private / video-less call-less session.

This type of consolation I also offer. We can communicate by phone or email, which you prefer the most. The price of the consultation will be the same.
